Our team of appointment schedulers is a testament to this center’s dedication towards professionalism. With many patients traveling from out-of-state (Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Utah, Texas, Oklahoma) to see our team at the Southwest Fertility Center for Men, they do what it takes to help you be seen in a timely fashion that meets your reproductive needs and timetable. They recognize that some couples need to be sooner than later (the woman is to start her IVF cycle and sperm needs to be retrieved or the man needs to have sperm frozen away before starting chemotherapy) and are happy to be flexible to find an appointment that works for you.

With a welcoming approach, our front desk makes your check-in process as user-friendly and simple as possible. With easy-to-understand signs and instructions, they will help direct you through the paperwork to help you be seen on time by Dr. Kuang and his fertility team.

Becky, Fran & Donna - Financial Specialists

The journey towards building a healthy family can be long and challenging emotionally, physically, spiritually and financially. At the Southwest Fertility Center for Men, we have assembled a financial team that can help you on your journey since most insurance plans do not cover the cost of vasectomy reversals and many fertility treatments. They can talk to you about all types of payment options that include independent medical financing companies in an effort to prevent the fertility process from becoming too overwhelming.

Ross Papalardo - Fertility Educational Illustrator

Ross is a Certified Medical Illustrator specializing in human anatomy, physiology and surgery. He is a full-time Medical Illustrator at the Cleveland Clinic, and founder of RP Medical Illustration, producing illustrations and animations for the healthcare fields and trial lawyers. Ross holds a degree in Medical Illustration from The Cleveland Institute of Art and Case School of Medicine. He is a member of the Association of Medical Illustrators and has been honored with numerous awards, including The Award of Excellence for his surgical illustration work.

Ann Lee, Logo Graphic Designer

Ann is a Graphic Designer in New York City who designed our business logo. Her holistic approach captured our many facets. She created our logo with the father holding a baby up into the rays of the rising sun as it peaks over the crest of the Sandia Mountains at the edge of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The “mountains” represent the ascending challenge that couples face with male infertility and Southwest Fertility Center for Men will be with them all the way to the top. The “rising sun” represents the hope that all couples wish for. And the “rays of sunlight” reflect our upfront and honest approach to your care and our desire to help shed light on how you can best build a healthy family. The “father holding the baby up in the air over his head into the morning sunlight” is a personal dream for many men who face the challenges of vasectomy reversal and male infertility.
